I Know What You Did
Moving forward from cinematic images, Fatih Temiz’s solo exhibition ‘I Know What You Did’ reflects on viewer’s psychological states regarding their reaction to tension, excitement, traditions and tragedy. The images encountered in the artworks are resent from the iconic display images of a movie. These paintings on one hand, deal with the oriented and contingent complexities of the motion picture industry, on the other hand, from an iconological standpoint, they make references to the culture where artist was born in to and used to live within.
